One of the best breakfast included breakfasts around. (real bacon and scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, great coffee and juices) Room was super clean with comfy bed. Near Keswick Theater with many upscale neighborhood amenities like restaurants, shops etc... $99 weekday rate made this place an absolute steal. Avoid the hassle and stress of driving and parking in Philly. This Hotel is 8 minute drive to Willow Grove suburban rail station where you can park for free and take a relaxing 30 minute ride directly to city center attactions. A facility this nice would cost three or four times as much in downtown Philadelphia.

Nice stuff, clean rooms, variety of cable channels. Hotel employees were able to get us a room on a “whim” when we decided to stay one more night right at the check out time. We didn’t have to wait for check in time, we moved in about 11:30! I also want to thank hotel for being very polite about my autistic daughter who threw a huge tantrum in the lobby upon us changing rooms. I didn’t get one dirty look or one question. They all were extremely cool. The only small issue was the extremely cool water in the pool, noticeably colder than average. It was very hard to stay in the water.

The breakfast was a wonderful addition. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was billed the wrong amount at first but it was a pending transaction. Once the transaction went through, it was for the correct amount. The room was wonderful and I loved the shower! There was plenty of room and I appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker since I was on business and didn’t have time to eat out. The pillow options were delightful and the bed was comfortable.

We were put in a room on the 3rd floor with noisy fighting neighbors and was moved IMMEDIATELY without any troubles at all. And she was just ABSOLUTELY lovely! The staff for breakfast this morning (Tuesday) was so wonderful and friendly and accommodating.

My stay was for less than twenty four hours, so there's not much to say. The facilities were fine for a brief stay, and the front desk staff were very courteous and professional when I arrived and checked out. The bed was comfortable, and the internet was effective.
